Kelley Clements Keller is the Founder and Managing Attorney of The Keller Law Firm. Her practice focuses on a broad range of domestic and international trademark and copyright matters, licensing and enforcement of intellectual property rights, and providing counsel and advice on brand expansion and management, domain name disputes and new media law. She spends a significant amount of her time counseling clients on use and registration of trademarks in the United States and abroad, including best practices for the selection, adoption, maintenance and enforcement of trademarks, service marks, and other forms of trade identity (trade dress, product design, and product configuration). Kelley also negotiates the settlement of pre-litigation trademark disputes, handles opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and litigates trademark and copyright infringement disputes in the federal courts.
As Patent Counsel, Andrew Mead represents the firm’s clients in connection with the procurement, maintenance, and enforcement of patent rights. Andrew’s primary focus when working with clients is to help them turn their ideas into successful ventures. He achieves this by counseling on strategies that make sense for clients and allow them to avoid inadvertent infringement of third-party intellectual property rights. His practice includes providing patentability opinions, preparing and filing patent applications, both provisional and full utility and design applications, prosecuting applications through to registration, and negotiating and drafting license agreements for exploitation of registered patents.

In this capacity, he assists the firm’s clients in the areas of complex business and commercial transactions, estate planning, and intellectual property valuation and taxation matters. Jeff’s experience comes into play when clients are involved in highly specialized negotiations related to buy/sell agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and other multi-faceted business transactions that involve the disposition of intellectual property assets. Additionally, Jeff provides counsel and advice to the firm’s clients on succession planning for intellectual property assets.
Lisa Bollinger provides legal support to the firm’s attorneys on numerous matters, including drafting initial documents for prosecuting trademark and copyright applications, conducting legal research, including case law and treatise-based research, and effecting online filings with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, U.S. Copyright Office, and federal courts. Lisa provides substantive litigation support and case management for opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and for federal infringement litigation.
